ProofScout provides website text analysis and screenshot-linked reporting to identify grammar, clarity, and tone issues.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account

4. Credits and Purchases

• 1 credit = 1 website scan
• New users receive 1 free scan
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase and are limited to unused credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Break laws or infringe rights
• Abuse or reverse engineer the service
• Use for gambling or adult websites

7. Intellectual Property

All service content belongs to ProofScout.

8. Availability

Service is provided without guarantees of uptime or accuracy.

9. Disclaimer

Reports are informational only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms.
